C.A.R.E. for Change, Inc.

Community Adolescent Rehabilitation Effort (C.A.R.E.) For Change, Inc. is a certified community based not-for-profit agency providing services in Oklahoma for over 25 years. Services are provided free of charge to those that qualify.

C.A.R.E. For Change, Inc. has programs designed to provide intensive and extended substance abuse services to children, adults and their families. Everyone is eligible for services at CARE for Change including individuals participating in the DHS(Department of Human Service) TANF program, and the judicial systems. CARE focuses on issues and problems related to abuse, and or dependency of drugs and/or alcohol.

The curriculum includes: anger management, socialization, decision making, and values and problem solving skills in relationship to substance abuse. The treatment program can be designed with stabilization and moving to intensive and transition phases.

Our program services are provided in conjunction with Federal, State, and County Agencies. Medicaid payments accepted.

C.A.R.E. for Change, Inc. is committed to providing quality substance abuse services that meet the needs of those in the community. Our staff is dedicated to preventing and treating chemical dependency and abuse through education, intervention, and outreach programs.

It is our philosophy to promote the dignity and respect of all individuals we serve and employ. We believe in the self-worth of every individual and strive to holistically treat our consumers from physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual approach. The cornerstone of our philosophy is the Sankofa which symbolizes “returning to the past to gain wisdom, to build for the future.” A healthy strong community is our future.
