and internet provided. Requires: LICENSED COUNSELORS LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC, (or Under Supervision). (Medical and Retirement benefits available) Contract rates negotiable
Administrative/Business Office AssistantAdministrative/Business Office Assistant
Requires: self directed, organized motivated individual with organizational skills to serve as executive assistant to the Executive
Director. Duties include coordination of staff employment, documents, maintenance of vendor records and files, maintenance of all employee leave, preparation of payroll information, office and household supply purchases,
oversee and coordinate building maintenance and repairs process, monitor petty cash and program funds, oversee agency risk management program, assist with special project assignments, maintain and update all personnel
documents bi-annually, orientation process of new employees, weekly billing and data entry (Think Health and Excel knowledge a plus) accounting entries and other duties as assigned.
